2 Exciting Rhode Cosmetics Milestones

Rhode Cosmetics

Rhode Cosmetics is a skincare and makeup company co-founded by Hailey Bieber. The company has been popular with customers. It has also recently found exciting ways to collaborate with two other companies. One company working with Rhode Cosmetics is Sephora. Sephora will soon sell Rhode products in its stores.

Another company engaging in business with Rhode Cosmetics is e.l.f. Beauty. This company has agreed to buy Rhode Cosmetics and is excited about its potential. Rhode strives to create effective products and consults with scientists on best practices. Rhode products are cruelty-free, gluten-free, and vegan. Two products found to work well are Glazing Milk and Barrier Butter.

About Rhode Cosmetics

On the company’s website, Hailey Bieber offers a note of introduction to Rhode Cosmetics. Bieber explains that Rhode came out of her “journey towards healthier skin.” The company strives to “develop products that work, in a way that’s accessible to everyone.” About Rhode, BBC reports that Hailey Bieber “co-founded the line of skincare products.” The name of the company comes from Bieber’s middle name.

The company’s website states that Rhode is “committed to mindful skincare.” Rhode’s skincare products are vegan and gluten-free. Rhode also follows cruelty-free product development practices. A scientific advisory board is involved in developing Rhode’s skincare products. One member of the advisory board is Dr. Ron Robinson, a cosmetic chemist. Another member is Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, a dermatologist. The website states that the company’s products are “purposeful, high-performance ingredients.”

Partnership Deal with Sephora

Hailey Bieber’s company and its products have generated enthusiasm. The company’s website has attracted notice for its offerings. According to NewBeauty, “lovers of the brand… have been running to the site.” Other companies have also expressed their excitement about Rhode Cosmetics. One enthusiastic company is Sephora. NewBeauty reports: “Bieber just announced that she’s bringing Rhode to Sephora.”

The LVMH website states: “Sephora connects customers and beauty brands.” The Sephora company was established in 1969. The company began operations in Limoges, France. In 1997, Sephora became part of the LVMH Group. Sephora sells a variety of beauty products at over three thousand outposts. Sephora’s website announces that Rhode Cosmetics products will arrive “in fall 2025.”

Purchase of the Rhode Cosmetics Company

The Rhode company has also met with another recent bout of corporate success. The company is being purchased by e.l.f. Beauty. The BBC reports that Rhode is being sold “in a deal worth up to $1bn.” The e.l.f. Beauty company has been complimentary about the Rhode brand. According to e.l.f. Beauty, Rhode Cosmetics is thought to be “ready for rocketship growth.” The BBC states: “The deal is expected to close later this year.” After this change in Rhode’s structure, Bieber’s role at Rhode will be chief creative officer.

In e.l.f. Beauty, the acronym e.l.f. stands for “eyes,” “lips,” and “face.” The company’s website states: “We strive to do the right thing.” They pride themselves on offering inspirational vegan cosmetic products. These products are developed without animal testing. The website also states that the products are “made without the nasty bad-for-you stuff.” Philosophically, the company strives to combine independent energy with relationship building.
