The case of Ms. Madeline Soto, whose life was extinguished at just 13 years old, is a tragic case that is nearly indescribably evil. Not only was she taken far, far before her time, but there is photographic and video evidence of the young lady being forced to do unspeakable things for at least two years.
Regardless of whether charges can be pursued criminally or civilly, Madeline failed. She was failed by her perpetrator, her family, her community, and the system at large. We have to protect our children because they are our future, and Ms. Soto deserved to have that future.
What Happened to Madeline Soto?
Madeline Soto turned 13 on February 24th, 2024, and her birthday party was on February 25th, 2024. She went missing on February 26th, 2024. Stephan Sterns allegedly dropped her off near school at 8:40 AM. Madeline was reported missing as of 8 PM by an unknown woman on February 26th, after she was not at school when her mother went to pick her up at 4:30 PM.
Ms. Madeline Soto’s body was found on March 1st in a nearby wooded area. Her phone was left at home, and her backpack and school-issued laptop were found in a dumpster. Video had captured Steven Sterns throwing them away at 7:35 AM on the 26th in the same apartment complex where they all lived.

Curious Comments from Jennifer Soto
Jennifer Soto has not been charged with anything at this time. A few sections of a recently released police interview show she is at least dangerously naive and severely under protective.
Some of the notes from her interview say:
“(Jennifer Soto) stated if she needed a good night sleep due to her anxiety, she would ask them (Stephan and Madeline) to sleep in a different bedroom.
“(Jennifer Soto) stated while they were together they… (Jennifer, Stephen and Madeline)… would either all sleep in the same bed or (Madeline) would sleep with her when Stephan was not there. ”
Stephan Sterns Faces Charges
What do Stephan Sterns and Ted Bundy have in common? They were both diabolical, witty, quick, and iniquitous, and unaware of how to do a factory reset on an iPhone.
Currently, Sterns is considered innocent in the eyes of the law, and he has not yet had his day in court. He will soon have his chance, though, because he has been charged with the first-degree murder of Madeline Soto, along with 60 sex crime charges. Someone isn’t playing basketball in the yard in Gen Pop while he awaits trial.
